We stand behind the quality of our decals and want every customer to feel confident when ordering. We offer a full money back warranty on all non-custom decals. Custom orders are not refundable under any circumstances, since they are made specifically to your request.

Returns are accepted only for unused decals. Once a decal has been applied, soaked, trimmed, or otherwise used, it is not eligible for a refund. It is our discretion to determine whether an item is defective or the result of user error. Foil decals may show ribbon lines on the sheet before installation, which is normal and not considered a defect.

 Also you cannot use inkjet decals on dark or black wood, you must use foil decals. This is not a defect or flaw as inkjet decals are translucent and will disappear when applied on dark paint or dark wood.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
