Our published shipping policy gives an estimate of 4–30 days. Postal handling and customs can cause longer delays, so this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. If you have a deadline, ask us before placing the order.
Tracking availability varies. Contact us before ordering to ask whether tracking or an expedited service is available for your destination. For a late or missing order, send your order number through our contact page so we can review the shipment.
Check the product photographs, finish and any stated dimensions against your headstock. If measurements are missing or you are unsure about a dark background, ask for confirmation before ordering. Transparent inkjet designs can disappear against dark wood; choose a suitable foil or explicitly labelled dark-background design.
Read the shipping policy, returns policy, and application guide. Custom orders have different refund conditions from standard unused decals.
